Refund policy

This policy outlines the procedures for returns, refunds, and handling of damaged or non-conforming items for purchases made on matressnfurniture.com.

1) Return window

You can request a return within  30 days  of delivery.

2) Return Requirements
To be eligible for a return (unless the item is faulty or we have made an error), the item must:

Unused  and  in  original condition

Please include the original packaging and included components, where applicable.

Please attach proof of purchase (order number/receipt).

3) Non-returnable Items
Some items may not be returnable, including those clearly marked  Final Sale/Non-Returnable  at the time of purchase. If an item is non-returnable, this will be indicated on the product page or at checkout.

4) How to start a return procedure

Item(s) you wish to return

Reason for return

Photos (required for damaged/defective items)

Please do not return items without receiving return instructions.

5) Return shipping costs and charges (clear responsibility)

Returns of non-defective items (e.g. change of mind / order placed in error):

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not  offer free return shipping on non-defective items unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing  .

We recommend using a  tracked and insured  shipping service . The customer is responsible for the package until it is received and inspected by us.

Original shipping costs:

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase (if applicable) are not refundable  after the order has been shipped.

If your order was eligible for  free shipping  , no initial shipping costs were refunded.

Damaged/defective/incorrect item (our error):

If the issue is confirmed after verification, we will provide instructions and an appropriate solution, which may include  a prepaid return label  ,  replacement  ,  refund  , or other solution (as applicable).

Do not return items without written instructions from us.

Delivery refused / incorrect or incomplete address:

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided at the time of purchase,  the carrier's return fees and/or additional shipping costs may be deducted from the refund  (where applicable), or the order may be treated as a return request subject to eligibility verification.

6) Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect:

Contact us within  48 hours  of delivery.

Please provide clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review them and, if possible, help you find a solution.

7) Refund processing times

Once your return is received and inspected (or your refund has otherwise been approved), refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within  10 business days  of approval.

Your bank/card issuer may take longer to credit the funds.

8) Exchanges
If you wish to make an exchange, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to availability and eligibility requirements.

9) Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at info@matressnfurniture.com as soon as possible so we can process your refund. If the item has already been shipped, please contact us so we can arrange a return.     

10) Limited Warranty

We offer free limited warranties on our furniture, valid for the original purchaser at the original delivery address. Our limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 1 year from the date of delivery. It also covers structural frame defects for 3 years from the date of delivery. U Mattress & Furniture's limited warranties do not apply to conditions resulting from improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear. For the purposes of this limited warranty, a manufacturing defect is defined as any defect that renders the product structurally unstable, defective, or significantly alters its appearance.
